Join Oxford Nanopore for a seminar on applications of nanopore sequencing
Oxford Nanopore Technologies has developed a disruptive long read sequencing platform that is enabling researchers to generate data for novel applications where portability, simplicity, long reads and real-time data acquisition are critical. Learn about recent advancements to our platform where increased accuracy and output will further expand the suite of applications that our devices will enable.
Oxford Nanopore is continuing to develop new chemistry and library preparation approaches that will improve our raw accuracy and simplicity to go from biological samples to sequence ready molecules. This includes both DNA and RNA. We continue to innovate automated solutions and reagents to facilitate our library preparation, DNA extraction and targeting capabilities for select regions of the genome. There is a growing list of publications on the many uses for our nanopore sensing platform that include real-time structural variation detection, genome assembly, pathogen detection and surveillance, metagenomic analysis, anti-microbial resistance detection, as well as whole-genome sequencing, and sequencing on the International Space Station.
