EPI2ME Labs is Oxford Nanopore's open-source bioinformatics platform. It is available to run on Windows, Mac and Linux and can be installed in most of our sequencing devices. 

The new version of EPI2ME Labs transcends the host device and can also run workflows on nearby compute resources and in the (Amazon) cloud.

We are looking for enthusiastic teams looking to evaluate the upcoming cloud functionality and to test the integration with HPC resources.
