Explore the pore: an introduction to nanopore sequencing

In this seminar, our team of experts will give an introduction to nanopore sequencing. The session will focus on nanopore applications spanning human genomics, cancer and RNA sequencing.

There will be discussion about the feasibility of studying structural variants and methylation in a single test, and how it is possible to sequence dark regions of the human genome.

Participants of this session will:

  • learn about new developments to the nanopore platform
  • hear discussion of case studies
  • receive guidance on how to plan your experiments.

There will also be an opportunity to submit questions throughout the talks, which will be answered in the live Q&A sessions following each presentation.
