Oxford Nanopore technologies and Nvidia invite you to attend a 2-day course on the fundamentals of CUDA and how to accelerate Bioinformatics pipelines on GPU technology.
This course will be taught by Nvidia Solutions architects who work with academia and industry on how to accelerate their pipelines enabling faster development, testing and results.
This workshop is for developers, scientists, engineers, researchers and students who want to learn about GPU programming, algorithms, and optimisation techniques.

Attendees should have a basic understanding of the C or C++ programming languages. Experience in genomics is not essential. We welcome attendees who have specific questions about how to accelerate their own work on GPU.
