Recent advances in sequencing technologies and analytical tools have finally allowed biologists to build essentially perfect “telomere-to-telomere" (T2T) genomes de novo, unlocking the investigation of an organism’s entire genetic sequence. This bundle packages up the sequencing kits required to produce complete T2T human assemblies using only Oxford Nanopore data. Combining ultra-long reads, Pore-C and our new assembly-polishing chemistry it is possible to completely resolve haplotypes and achieve a Q50 human assembly.
